We provide waste removal, clearance, and disposal services including but not limited to:

• House, flat, garage, and office clearance
• Garden waste removal
• Shed demolition & disposal
• Single item collection

All work is carried out under our Environment Agency Waste Carrier Licence: CBDU628112.

2. Quotes & Pricing

• Quotes are based on the information you provide. If your details are inaccurate, expect the price to change.
• Final pricing may vary depending on actual waste volume, weight, access, and labour required.
• We reserve the right to revise quotes on-site before work begins.

No surprises if you’re honest. Plenty if you’re not.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

• Bookings are confirmed once agreed via phone, email, or website submission.
• You must provide accurate contact and location details.
• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations or no-shows.

4. Access & Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Providing safe and clear access to the property
• Ensuring permission for waste removal (if not your property)
• Informing us of any hazards (e.g. asbestos, chemicals, sharp objects)

If access is restricted or unsafe, we can refuse the job or charge additional fees.

5. Prohibited Waste

We do not collect:

• Hazardous waste (e.g. asbestos, chemicals, medical waste)
• Explosives or flammable materials
• Any illegal or controlled items

If you try to sneak this in, we will refuse the job immediately.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise
• We may require deposits for larger jobs
• Accepted payment methods will be confirmed during booking

No payment = no service. Simple.

7. Delays & Availability

• Collection dates are estimates, not guarantees
• Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or operational issues
• We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any changes

If you expect precision timing, hire a courier — not a waste clearance team.

8. Liability

• We take reasonable care during all work
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage or weak structures
• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses

If something looks fragile, say it upfront — not after it breaks.

9. Waste Disposal

• All waste is handled and disposed of in accordance with UK regulations
• We aim to recycle wherever possible
• Once waste is collected, it becomes our responsibility

10. Website Use

By using our website:

• You agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt it
• You understand that submitted data must be accurate
• We are not liable for temporary website downtime
